Directions for taking Alen
Adults should begin with small quantities; one tablespoon with breakfast during the first four days.
After four days, continue to have one tablespoon in the evening.
Children from the age of 2 should take a small dose of 1 teaspoon a day and increasing this quantity
at the age of 3-8, with 2 teaspoons one in the morning and one at night. And at the age of 8 and up,
children can take two tablespoons, one in the morning and one at night.
Note: Neither Alen nor Eveliza should be boiled, cooked or roasted. It should be taken immediately after
preparation. Avoid taking Alen and Eveliza with sugar. Alen contains natural ingredients, no artificial colors, no artificial
