The discovery of Alen and Eveliza
In the mid 1970's Dr. Oscar Vargas-Machuca E., discovered and created
method to separate essential factors (e.g. vitamins, proteins and minerals)
from cereals and seaweed, while concentrating them in their natural
and un-denatured state, to be utilized as a food supplement with a
high nutritive power. This discovery gave rise first to ALEN and later to EVELIZA,
two cereal compounds that produce astonishing cellular repairing effects,
which beneficially modify the human metabolism to improve health.
The importance in adding these concentrated cereal compounds to our diets
resides in the fact that cooking diminishes the nutritive power of foods.
